Our Story

Uriel Espinoza, the owner and CEO of All Professional Framing Inc., has been immersed in the construction industry since 1996. He began his career as a helper on apartment framing projects, gradually advancing to roles as a carpenter, layout specialist, and eventually leading his own crew Over the years, Uriel gained extensive experience working on apartment complexes and military bases throughout the eastern United States. In 2010, he decided to leverage his expertise by founding All Professional Framing Inc.

AP Framing is supported by a team of skilled field professionals capable of deploying crews of 20 to 130 workers per project, with over 500 employees company- wide. Despite its lean management structure, the company ensures seamless communication and accessibility between executive management and field teams. This collaborative environment fosters the sharing of knowledge and experience, leading to efficient, cost-effective solutions and high-quality results that consistently exceed design and building standards.

Proudly 100% Hispanic-owned and operated, AP Framing values diversity, with more than 50% of its workforce and management team being bilingual in English and Spanish.
